Many various festivities take place at the Aukštaitija National Park every year. A lot of people come to share in these festivities not only from surrounding locations, but also from other Lithuanian cities and towns. Kaziukas’ Fishes
On March 4 this year the festivity was first held on the cost of the Lūšiai Lake in Palūšė, Ignalina region. We hope this festivity will become a tradition and will be held on an annual basis.

Pentecost Feast This year, the Pentecost (Whitsun) Feast was celebrated on June 4 at 2 p.m.
It is a traditional folk-festivity hold in Meironys village, Ignalina region, every year.

Honey and Bread Feast
Every year, on August 15, the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin (coinciding with the closing of honey harvesting) is celebrated in the Ancient Beekeeping Museum in Stripeikiai, Ignalina region.
